Project Lanzi
Wilmington - North Carolina
Completed in 2024 while working as a PM/Superintendent under another builder.
Project Lanzi
Towering over the pristine Howe Creek, a brand of the beautiful ICWW of Wilmington, North Carolina, this modern, barn inspired home showcases so many beautiful architectural details. Once the neighborhoods main stormwater drainage area, the lot on which this magnificent home firmly stands presented various unique engineering and regulatory challenges. An enormous stormwater treatment system was installed on the already tight lot, a feat that required meticulous planning and consulting with many professionals.
Though only 3600 heated sf, this home stands tall and maximizes the buildable area with expansive outdoor living spaces, a must-have when building in this location. The home itself is constructed with some of the most incredible materials and architectural details. From ipe decking to stainless steel structural posts and cable railings, the exterior of the home is truly a work of art. Inside, you’ll notice many modern details in the millwork and finishes that take extreme amounts of attention and careful consideration.
